I can’t say enough good things about Assured mechanical! Our hot water heater was on its last leg at 20 years old and we thought it was contributing to a leak in our basement so we shut the hot water off. We wanted to transition to a tankless hot water heater through the South Jersey gas on-bill repayment program. However, we ran into some issues with the process of getting that squared away with the financing company and South Jersey gas. It took nine days to get us approved, meanwhile, we had no hot water! As soon as Assured mechanical received our loan number Friday at 9:30 am so they could proceed with the job, they rearranged their schedule and came out as soon as they could at 11am so we didn’t have to go another weekend without hot water. I’m so thankful that they were able to accommodate us. They did an excellent job. They were extremely neat and were extremely reasonable as well. I would recommend Assured mechanical to anyone!

Very competent. Cleaned my system and setup the gas burners for the winter season. With the price of natural gas this year its a good idea to make sure the entire system is working properly to avoid wasting any energy on a heater that’s wasting energy.

I cannot recommend Assured Mechanical LLC enough! Our air conditioner went out on the 4th of July, which happened to be one of the hottest days of the summer. With my husband and daughter both having breathing issues, I was extremely concerned. I called early that morning and left a message with the answering service. To my surprise, the owner, Mike Holte, personally returned my call. Although it was a holiday, Mike stepped away from his own family for a moment to make sure ours was taken care of. He arrived around 8:00 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, addressed the overheated compressor, cleaned around the unit, and took the time to explain exactly how to maintain our system so we can help prevent this from happening again. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and this is exactly what it looks like.
