I have been having issues with my hot water heater and Assured Mechanical came to the rescue! I had a new water heater installed and everything is back to normal. A big thank you to the Assured team.

I cannot recommend Assured Mechanical LLC enough! Our air conditioner went out on the 4th of July, which happened to be one of the hottest days of the summer. With my husband and daughter both having breathing issues, I was extremely concerned. I called early that morning and left a message with the answering service. To my surprise, the owner, Mike Holte, personally returned my call. Although it was a holiday, Mike stepped away from his own family for a moment to make sure ours was taken care of. He arrived around 8:00 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, addressed the overheated compressor, cleaned around the unit, and took the time to explain exactly how to maintain our system so we can help prevent this from happening again. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and this is exactly what it looks like. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and truly cares about people, I wholeheartedly recommend Assured Mechanical LLC. We were having AC issues, contacted them one night, and they were able to come out the very next morning. Fixed the issue and were in and out quick. Also appreciated that the technician had a pair of clean boots he changed into to come inside the house. Will be using Assured for all of our AC and heating needs from now on.

Unfortunately we needed a new central air conditioner. We called Assured Mechanical as they had done some work for us before. Keith came out and after asking us questions and looking over the system we had he gave us an estimate and we chose to have them replace our air conditioner. So glad we did,Keith and the entire crew were professional,respectful and went above and beyond in the installation. The first thing they did when they arrived was to put down a drop cloth the entire area from the door to the attic and at the end of the day they cleaned up before they left. We are very pleased with the new system - in fact it’s cold in our house!!! I've been using Assured Mechanical for approximately the last 10 years in multiple locations that I've lived. The team has always been an absolute pleasure to have in my home as they're always on time, very tidy after jobs finished and extremely informative on everything they're doing so I know exactly what's going on. recently my 25+ year old oil system finally kicked the bucket. they offered solutions to my problems and options that worked best for me and I decided to get a new heat pump installed. Super fast with getting the ball rolling and within the next week they were ready to install. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any repairs or a new system. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed!
